I made an appointment and met with Ali. We spent some time chatting on Audemar Piguet watches and took a minute to browse the other brands. I ended up picking up a Tudor Blackbay 58. Im thrilled with my purchase. Thank you for your help!

Says open daily mon-sat till 5pm (on the web and on the front of their store), walked a mile to visit, was appointment only. I called to make an appointment, and they refused. Another group arrived at the same time with the same outcome. I went to another shop and purchased this watch, their loss... Avoid!

Terrible customer service that wouldn't accommodate a visit from out of town when we were standing outside the store DURING OPENING HOURS. We called and even with almost an hour before store closing (40mins left - plenty of time!) and clearly nobody in there shopping. Not sure what you're paying your salespeople for other than turning potential customers away and closing shop early (even your hours clearly stated outside the building said you had another 40mins open!).

I set up an appointment with Brian Kelly about two weeks ago after my fianc found her wedding dress at Mira next door. We were wedding band shopping and thought to stop by Swiss FineTiming to try to find a watch for me in advance of our wedding next year. Her ring is a family heirloom from my family and we are hoping to find a corresponding watch that I could also pass down with the history of our special day attached to it. Brian was warm, kind and did a great job introducing Swiss FineTiming's selection of watches. They have a beautiful collection of Zenith, Tudor, Glashutte and many other brands - including a gorgeous Zenith Defy Skyline, a line I had never seen before. Brian talked about his previous career working with students as an advisor at Dartmouth and his recent arrival in Chicago. Ali was also in the store - on the phone when we walked in but later joined us to say hello. Little details like that make a strong impression. Brian and Ali made note of the pieces I was interested in and were extremely helpful in identifying which options were more probable. This is exactly the experience I was hoping to have - not pretentious in the least bit, realistic and helpful. They showed a sincere effort to get me a watch that I would love, instead of just saying everything is unattainable or pushing me into a piece that I would not absolutely love (and pass down as a family heirloom)!
