I went in looking for keto supplements in sample single size pouches, that they don't have. They seem to have pretty much everything else. Not sure how prices compare at this point to say Whole Foods. Ended up buying MHP Power Pac chocolate flavored "pudding." It contains modified food starch (MSG) and has a chalky, chemical aftertaste. Ate room temp, maybe better cold? Hard to remove the odd taste from my mouth...It wasn't horrible, but not great.

I buy a lot of things online but when it comes to anything Health supplements and nutrition I come here because I want to support the small business. The man who owns the shop is very knowledgeable and it's nice to be able to ask his opinion on which products he believes in more. Please support this business they're wonderful.
