I have a bonded pair of Turkish vans. Our first visit was really nice, so I returned a few more times. However, my last 2 visits did not go well at all. The front desk staff were really nice and friendly, too bad I cannot say the same for the Vet's. One was very rude, the last one made it very clear that people of color were not welcome there. I had prepaid for the services. The vet hardly examined my pet and would not trim my pets claws. The front desk looked embarrassed in the end. We left with a credit on the books.

I recently had dental cleanings and a mass removal performed on my two kitties and Metrovet was fantastic throughout the whole process. Their prices are very reasonable and they took great care of my babies. They gave me detailed updates throughout the day and even sent me pictures of my boys after they were in recovery which was so nice for an anxious pet-parent such as myself. One of my cats experienced a complication from his anesthesia and developed fluid in his lungs but the doctors and technicians caught this quickly and took great care of him. Dr. Natarajan was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping my fianc and I understand exactly what was going on and going over every option we had for Odin's care. I could tell she and truly cares about her patients/clients and their wellbeing. My baby made a full recovery and I so greatly appreciate the love, care, and attention he received from the doctors, technicians, and staff. If you are in the market for a new vet, I highly recommend Metrovet!
