Thought I was buying a car for a certain price, ended up being twice as much and I have to take them to court to get the title. Never again!!

This review is for Car Care Collision-Auto Body and Repair, which seems to be the same place as Lincoln Auto Sales. The work needed on my car was simple bumper repair. We were told we could pick up my car at a 8 a.m. one day. When arriving at 8:30 a.m., my car was not ready and the bumper was still off. They rushed to put my bumper on since they were behind and performed a horrendous job. I would have rather waited an hour and had them take their time in order to do a better job. I ended up taking my car back to the shop to have them adjust it. It was still off but looked a tiny bit better. At this point, I was not going to beat a dead horse and take it in a THIRD time. I recently went to Gerber Collision and Glass and was informed from them that whoever last worked on my front bumper GLUED my headlight into the WRONG position..hence why the bumper could not be positioned correctly. The only people to ever work on my car before Gerber, was this Car Care Collision-Auto Body and Repair shop. The only way to fix my car now so the bumper sits right is to replace the entire headlight unit. This place was a disgrace and they ruined my brand new car. I would NEVER suggest this shop to anyone for anything, no matter how simple it may seem. They charged me $800+ for the above work, which was probably worth a quarter of that, maybe. What a waste of time and money. Not to mention the staff was more than rude on top of all things (except for the girl at the front desk). One of the male employees laughed at me when I expressed my frustration when my car was not ready to be picked up...30 minutes late! The owner or manager told us, “we don’t use glue” and when we asked to speak the guy who worked on my car, we were told “he does not work here anymore”. They did not take responsibility for their terrible performance. I was offered a car wash….Are you kidding?! A $10 car wash to make up for ruining my front bumper? I've been sitting on this review for a while because after multiple attempts of communicating with them, I thought maybe they would want to fix their crappy job on my car. BUT they did not, so I wanted to share my pathetic experience. I spoke to a few other people who work at repair shops in the area in attempt to get an estimate to fix my bumper after it was at this shop (again, I had to replace the entire headlight to fix this)...they stated this place is laughable and known for their terrible service among the car repair community in the west town area. I wish I would have done my research before taking my $22K car to this joke of a place. Such a scam.
