Worst Tavel Agency !The lady is a SCAM . My family went their for 3 passports . She took the $ & applications . The first question she asked my family , "Are You Polish ?"  I had a feeling something was NOT  RIGHT !Turns out I received a email from the Department of State that she is not registered agent .

We made the worst decision to go to this travel agency for tickets to Poland. With everything going on with COVID-19, we were expecting to get our money back for the tickets since all flights were cancelled. Weve been fighting with Alicia for months now to get our money back. This entire experience has been so frustrating. On top of that, Alicia is unprofessional, rude to customers, constantly lies and doesnt follow through. You can only pay cash, you cant pay card at this agency, which is already sketchy right off the bat. When asked to clarify things we didnt understand, you could tell she didnt understand them either. Seemed like she faked her way through everything just to get our money. Will not be coming back here.
