        Terrible experience with Select Italy and Iberia airlines . Terrible communication, pure chaos and once I paid Select Italy the $37,000 for a short trip to Spain, their enthusiasm to meet my needs disappeared. Waited over 26 hours on Iberia due to their technical difficulties at which we deplaned with 400 other people and into sheer chaos. Zero communication. Iberia staff was actually videoed by other passengers while being yelled at and mocked. Then after waiting 26 hours, they openly stated they did not have catering nor the flight attendants. It’s hard to believe they are even an airline. Constantly asking Select Italy for help with zero response except the blame Iberia. Never again!
