We just returned from a 10 day Southern Caribbean Cruise arranged my JKT&T.Words cannot describe our gratitude and satisfaction for their service and attention to detail from the moment we hit O'hare till the moment we returned home.As this was our first cruise( but will not be our last) Janet handle all of our inquiries with patience, great guidance , and attention .We cannot thank her enough for her support.We now look forward to our next cruise with eager anticipation!Janet on behalf of Teresa, Ricki, Lourdes, and myself our heartfelt thanks.

Janet is a dream to work with. Very attentive, professional and kind. She comes with years of experience and personalizes your trip. She booked a trip for 10 of us to Mexico and was there every step of the way. Highly recommend!

This post is long overdue, but I could not have asked for a more amazing person to work with than Janet!! I reached out to her November 2021 to get some ideas on where to go for my honeymoon. She was so nice over the phone and gave me many options to decide from including locations, hotels, and airlines. The most amazing part was that she did it all within my budget!! She also has a wonderful relationship with many people so you will always get the best price no matter what!
After my wedding in May 2022, my wife and I were getting ready for the honeymoon. However, our airline messed up the itinerary and we were very afraid that we would not be able to go on our trip anymore. But, Janet was there to make sure there would be nothing that would stand in the way of our trip. She was on the phone all day with the airline company and ended up making a miracle happen. If Janet was not there, I honestly do not think I would have been able to go on the trip.
As I was about to board the plane, Janet gave a call to make sure everything went smoothly and there were no issues. She has such a warm heart and is always looking out for her clients which is very difficult to find today.
Every step of the way on our trip we could see the small touches Janet added just for us. She chose the best hotels in the best locations which made our experience even more special. We went on our 12 day honeymoon trip and it was one of the most smooth experiences I have had all because of Janet!
After coming back from the trip, Janet checked in with us to make sure everything was okay and we thanked her so much for such a wonderful trip!
She is one of the most amazing people I had the pleasure of working with and she was more of a family member than a travel agent. I will be sure to reach out to her again when my wife and I go on our next trip!!

Janet is a long time trusted family friend for both myself and my husband. So when it was time to start planning our honeymoon, I knew we couldn't trust anyone else. During our first call she asked several questions and what I appreciated most was her honesty. We gave her a budget and a couple ideas on the destination and everything else followed. We wanted a mix of tropical/relaxing but we also wanted to visit cities and get a taste of different cultures. With Janet's expertise she was able to come up with a trip that truly took our breath away. The Maldives, Singapore, Thailand (Bangkok & Phuket), and a quick stop in Dubai. Thank you Janet!!
