Had a wonderful time in Paris celebrating my 60th birthday! Amanda helped plan our itinerary and everything from flights, hotel, ground transportation and excursions were perfect for us.

We contacted Paula Publicover to book a trip to Mexico last month. She was very easy to work with. She got us a very good price. Her service is exceptional. Pauls sense of humor is a bonus! This is our second experience with Traveloni having worked with Katherine, who has since departed, previously. We would strongly recommend Paula and Traveloni for a great travel experience! Recently returned from a 7 day Hawaiian vacation and Paula was our travel agent. First, I will say the package she put together was great! The view from our room and the direct flight were greatly appreciated. However, the level of service we received was subpar. Paula did not verse us on what to expect from the Island as this was our first time visiting. We were not informed about the reservations needed prior to arriving, which left us with very few (fine) dining options while at the resort and NO excursions. We had no idea about "Island hopping" or the excursions that we could have signed up for before arriving (tourist attractions, hiking, dinner cruises, etc.) Had we been educated on these things, we could/would have planned better and had a more enjoyable experience. This is the 3rd trip my mother and I have booked through this agency and it will be our last. A word of advice: provide your clients with ALL necessary information when presenting a vacation package and don't simply assume the client is well versed. For such a long journey and to be on such a magical island, we spent most of our trip on the resort grounds and left with eating mediocre food. By day 4 we were ready to return home. For $7K we definitely expected a lot more.
