At first I got a good deal at this site but the flight was cancelled due to covid. I only got a credit and not a full refund. When I rebooked my flights through them, the flights were much more expensive. I wouldn't use them again.

Like many others, I have yet to receive a refund for tickets purchased for 2020. I have called and emailed dozens of times, and I am always told that the refund should be occurring in the next couple of weeks. It took me months to even get the booking numbers that they used so that I could contact the airlines personally. If you are looking to save a buck, this is not the place.

I have been promised my money back since June 2020. I have been so patient. They owe me $1,740 and I have been calling 5 times a week. Andrew who's in charge of the finances keeps lying to me and giving new dates every month as to when my money will arrive... the last one was supposed to be February 15th... nothing yet. I tried to call their office for 10 days now and every single time a new excuse "Andrew is on medical leave", "Andrew is at his brother's wedding" "there are no supervisor available ". This is the biggest scam. I will keep calling until I get my money. DO NOT EVER booked through this agency. Oh, they also keep telling me that if I keep asking for my money they will have to refuse my call.... ha! Funny

This company representative lied when we asked them if we we were dealing directly with Delta Airlines for a cancellation. He said yes. They charged us a $ 100 cancellation fee under false pretenses. Delta Airlines had zero cancellation fee. We tried to email and call the company by the published email and phone number to get a refund. We got no response. Don't get taken by this outfit.

This company is extremely shady. I booked a flight (four tickets) through them and got a confirmation number. They emailed me the following day requesting I call them. When I called they informed me that the airfare had gone up and that since they had not billed my card the night before, I would have to pay the higher fare, almost double the original price. I booked the same flight cheaper through another site. Two hours later they had the same flight advertised for the original price. They just tried to squeeze me for more money.
