Terrible service!!!! Company caused my son to miss an appointment with a specialist that took months to get. I even scheduled the ride an hour earlier than the actual appointment and they were still late. When you call them with concerns they are dismissive and very unprofessional I will be reporting to the better business bureau.

My Driver picked me up extremely early just to go and pick up his friend and ride around. He picked me up with a friend already present in the car. Mike was smoking in the car. He also tried to sell me some link.

My driver never showed up today. She lied and said she did, however she did not. My son missed his doctors appointment because the driver assigned to me didn't show up. I'm a very reasonable person. Ive been very understanding with this company when I was inconvenienced prior to this incident. I even made recommendations for them to be paid on a previous trip that was Schedule put I ended up taking public transit to because their drivers care overheated. .
I'm very upset I was lied to! I even more upset my sick 6month old missed his appointment. I took off of work and the doctors office escalated this appointment for me, seeing how its back to school season and physical are needed. I'm very disappointed in these transit companies. It's not right how I've been mishandled.
