On 11/28/22 around 3:45 pm, my employee was working on a job site and unfortunetly had his vehicle towed for being illegally parked (even though there was not a sign). Despite it being frustrating for my employee, Contract towing was quick and friendly to deal with while trying to get his car back. We paid the towing fee and my employee was driving a couple of minutes down the road and his shifter started not working b/c of how it was towed. My employee called Contract towing immediately and they advised that they will send a truck over right away to fix the shifter. When they arrived, they realized that it was a different issue and needed to have different tool to fix the problem. They ininitially said that they would have to keep my employees vehicle overnight to fix. My employee had agreed that was fine, but he wasn't excited to leave his vehicle overnight with his tools. A few minutes later another Contract vehicle showed up with the correct tool and fixed the problem in minutes and my employee was able to drive home that same night. We appreciated the customer service and doing what it took to ensure out satisfaction. Getting your vehicle towed is not a pleasant experience ever, but Contract Towing wasn't the typical towing company that does not care and just wants your money. Bottom line, when you are nice to people, they are nice back and will do what it takes to get the job done and ensure the customer is happy. If only all towing companies in Chicago could be this way.
