Paid for parking through parking.com app and Received confirmation via email. My car was towed illegally. I provided my parking confirmation and they did not want to acknowledge it. An investigation needs to be conducted into the unscrupulous and illegal conduct by this company.

Terrible people I paid for a parking entered the wrong license plate number by 1 letter they towed and said no payment to send them proof they would refund Sent all the documents and they denied refund terrible people can't expect much from the bottom of the barrel services and people hope your Karma comes for each and every one of you.

My car was towed from train station illegally. I paid for 1 day parking and still my car got towed now i been trying to get my refund but office refuse to provide me with supervisor or higher up management to provide proof of there error. If anyone knows how or who to contact to get my issue resolved please comment

They tried to tow my occupied vehicle. Very unsafe.

Do not call them for a jump. The guy didnt even try hard cause it was cold and didnt know what he was doing. Charged me and left. Called another company and was able to jump me in 20 min.
