Sal Ruiz was very helpful today when my car wouldn't start. My friend and I had tried jump starting it the day before but it didn't work. He confirmed that we had tried the right thing and then pushed my car to where his tow truck could reach it. He was friendly, gave good advice, and arrived WAY sooner than Subaru (who arranged the tow) had estimated. Service: Car towing

Bruh , those are bunch of scumbaggss!! Ordered a tow truck at 9:30 AM for an hour pick up! It's noon and they haven't showed up , called them ,my company called them to check what's going on! They told them weather is bad! Dispatch another or wait!! Weather is bad , it was a sunny day clear skies no drop of rain on ground , we will dispatch another company you piece of shiiit and wait outside in 15 degrees weather.

After waiting 2 1/2 hours for two other service providers I called to make sure this company would pick up and a person was on their way. As you can imagine I was pretty upset and my tone was unpleasant. The lady answer the phone was very informative and after inquiring my information informed me that theyre just received my request and a service provided would be with me as soon as possible. She remained professional as did the service provide, as well as quick and efficient, the wait wasnt a full hour and I could see him traveling on the update the entire time as well as him calling to get my exact whereabouts as he got closer. I want to thank them both so I gave a call back and did so and she was very understanding and not holding it against my earlier attitude. Service: Battery
