I paid over $700 for PCR COVID Tests that was promised to be ready in one hour. It was not ready for over four hours and caused my family to miss our flight home. We waited in the airport the whole and ended up returning home at 4am in the morning. After promising to refund the money due to not providing the service they promised, I have received no communication and they are not answering their phone when I call. Iâ€™ve tried reaching them 8 times with no success. Very disappointed. I did not expect such unprofessional behavior after what I thought was a sincere apology. Avoid their travel testing. Not as advertised.
