My experience was a really good one IDK about anybody else.. Lina Perez answered my calls almost every time I made them she even called me back.. And when I felt like I was getting on her nerves about my money I could hear it in her voice but she always stayed very patient and professional.. Although the fees was a bit much from my lil small refund..im hoping in the future they will work on that.. All in all I'm a very satisfied customer ...i support black owned business's.. But Seriously though come down on them fees. 4 (edit oh and I'm waiting on my cruise trip ..finger's crossed that it actually exists ..

This company is currently being investigated by the Attorney General office and will be shut down before the year is out. Please check with the attorney general office before they steal your money too. The company was NuRepublic that's under investigation but if your not them then you should have used a different phone number

This company charged me 800 to file my taxes but quoted me 400. Andrea on 44th and cottage grove did my taxes. This company is a complete rip off I would not recommend this company to anyone ever!!! They don’t even deserve 1 star.

last year I was charged 750$ for what they had promised a fake cruise that you should pay 150 per person just to activate your “membership “ to be able to book your cruise and many other fees you have to pay or a fake duple your money , after they rope you 750 or more,,
