I used to love this location but since they brought over staff from the Madison location it’s been terrible. My fiancé and I were coming in to buy packages and as we walked in the girl turned us away because it was “really busy.” Without even asking how she could help or maybe just a heads up that there was a wait?? That’s great, we would have certainly waited for the 2 ppl ahead and I’m sure you’re manager would be thrilled that you’re turning away business. Same blonde girl from the west loop Madison location who has alway been unpleasant.

Honestly have been going here for a while and I have always enjoyed my time in their store. While the interior could use some updating, it still has great customer service and products! I have seen the employees deal with some very entitled customers and have always been amazed at how they have kept their composure.
