Shula's Steak House

Shula's was a nice place with good food. I was worried at first that all of the seats were small and had arms attached, but the staff adjusted the seating once they saw everyone who was there. That is greatly appreciated. Our waitress was attentive and she had very good recommendations. This restaurant is inside of the Sheraton Grand hotel but is no "hotel restaurant" Very good for a business dinner.

Great dinner with exceptional service from Matt and James. Really exquisite filet. Its been so long since Ive been in a steakhouse that I splurged a bit. Loved my dinner.

I was staying here with family group of 5! Everything was closed by 8 only restaurant was open was steak house! We had 5 orders of burgers and they all came in wrong and switched our orders! Services was horrible

We visited Shulas multiple times during our stay at the Sheraton in Chicago. We ate dinner at the bar and Matt was absolutely incredible. He was friendly, attentive and really cared about creating an excellent experience. The cocktails and food were excellent! We really enjoyed the Caesar salad, short rib flatbread and burger. Top notch! Also a shout out to Shawn, James and Mariely who were also amazing on one of our visits! When we visit Chicago again, we will definitely be back!
