The prices were are not accurate on line they are much more expensive by several dollars which is very deceiving. And we were only told the correct prices after we waited 25 min for our order. I was expecting to pay 21 dollars for my order and was told it was going to be 30 dollars. Soule you are supposed to get new menus if your prices change to give the customers a good experience at your establishment. And you lost a customer because I didn't even purchase what I had ordered because of the unexplained price increase.

Green beans were seasoned good, but no smoked turkey in my green beans. The wings were good, but my piece of chicken breast was dry. Mac was good. Chicken seasoned well, but this batch was cooked dark. Been here before and everything was outstanding and delicious. For $20 plus dollars I want my soul food off the chain everytime. I will come bk though b/c their fish dinners have been excellent over the years.

Excellent food and a vibe that makes you feel like they care about their customers. My wife and I were visiting from Philadelphia. Soule was a wonderful welcome to Chicago.
