INSTEAD OF SPENDING $150 ON A MAP UPDATE, WE'RE BEING TOLD WE WILL HAVE TO SIRENS $2500 + TAX TO FIX THE ERROR OF THEIR DISC. MAP UPDATE ON OUR HONDA STALLED OUT AT 76%. DO NOT TRUST THIS TO WORK! We had (even according to Brice, who we spoke to at HERE) processed everything according to their directions and instructions. He said the discs shouldn't have done what they did, but it stalled out our hard drive at 76% complete and came down to an "HDD access error". It updated our version according to the system, but couldn't update fully. We have been working with them for weeks, doing everything they asked of us. All we wanted was an update to our maps system for our vacation for $150, and now we're being told it will cost us $2500 to get a whole new system that worked fine until we processed their discs through. It is stuck on the map and it's obvious what caused the issues. When we factory reset the system, the only thing that doesn't reset is the map update. They won't reimburse for anything at all. They don't even tell you it can "brick" your system! Buyer beware. We can't use our backup camera, side camera, Bluetooth, or anything thanks to their map update. We will be filing with the Attorney General for our state since they are not taking any responsibility.
