        I can't say whether or not they are good at repairing machines, but I can tell that the customer service is not good. I called at least 3 times requesting a quote for my roland printer and each and every time they said they were sending a quote and I never received anything, not even a phone call. It's been well over a week, so I've moved on and hired a company that follows through.
