Hanig's offers a nice selection of the upscale shoes, both men's and women's, and the prices are fairly competitive. Compared to purchasing shoes at a box department store (e.g. Kohl's) or discount store (e.g. DSW), the customer service is great. I recently had an issue with a new pair of shoes from their store and the manager handled the situation perfectly. They offered to replace the shoes, have them fixed or reimburse me for the cost of the shoe repair if there was a repair shop closer to my house than Hanig's. Awesome. The next time I need a pair of dress shoes, this will probably be my first stop.

good qualities shoes. If you want a shoes that doesn't hurt your foot. go here. but you pay for it. designs are limited.

This is a great place to find comfortable, quality shoes--refreshing given how difficult it can be to find cute, office-appropriate shoes that are actually comfortable to walk in! Staff was very friendly and helpful without being too overbearing, and I was lucky to wander in when they were having a huge sale. I wouldn't come here for stilettos, but for your everyday footwear needs, Hanig's is perfect.
