Love the village cobbler - they've been taking care of my shoes for years and my shoes always come back looking brand new. Highly recommend them!

Wow, impressed! Im not kidding when I say I think they should rebrand as The Shoe Therapist as I showed up 5 minutes after closing and he spent an additional hour and a half walking me through every potential fix for pretty much every pair of shoes and every belt in my closet! Some of my items he fixed right on the spot, free of charge! He even had a solution for my run-down and falling apart pair of 30-year-old boots, a pair I presumed destined for my garbage can. The man there answered immediately upon calling earlier in the day and has ensured me a faster-than-expected turn around. It took me a year to get my shoes there, but Im glad I took the time to visit the Village Cobbler today so I can show up to work (without blisters) in one piece, looking like a respectable pre-work-from-home employee. Highly recommend.

I brought my patent leather summer sandals to get the in-soles replaced. This was the second pair of shoes I brought for re-soles. However, there was damage to the shoes from the repair this time. They punched a small hole through the patent leather for whatever reason. I have pictures of before and the hole was not there. I'm frankly mad that they did this and did not say anything when I picked them up. $300 sandals with a hole punched into the leather....

I have now taken four high end pairs of shoes to the Village Cobbler and Im waiting on a purse to be cleaned and a leather jacket that has a hole in it to be repaired (not an easy fix by the way). I have been beyond happy with all the services and respect the time it takes for bigger jobs. I just recently had a pair of Stewart Weitzman over the knee boots cleaned and they look like they are absolutely brand new. I couldnt be happier!
