Most unprofessional organization I have ever worked with. I am in the art field, and I will make sure to let my colleagues and contacts know not to send this organization their business.

I had signed up for a class. First it took them to weeks to tell me that they could accept me in the class. Then, they cancelled the class 2 hours before the class. I had friends already heading down to the city from the suburbs. Extremely disappointed. They stated in the cancellation email, that "it would be an inefficient use of your time and money" since 6 people had not confirmed. It is not an inefficient use of my time or money. I understand that it may be for their business, but lets get the facts straight. If they provide the class that they had advertised it would not be an inefficient use of my time and or money. Instead, my time was wasting by getting a cancellation at the last minute. I was lucky I had a chance to even check my email before the class. Furthermore, when I called to confirm that I had received the email and to complain about the short notice. The individual whom answered stated that he didn't care. When, I stated how disappointed I was especially because I had friends traveling from far away. He responded by saying to complain to Groupon if I wanted. Overall, my experience with FugScreen Studios was very unprofessional on their end. I will be complaining to Groupon and asking for a refund.

Zissou is a awesome tutor/artist and screenprinter.. Has great stuff in his studio!!!!

I totally agree with Mei D.  Was disppointed with our groupon class.  Even if the design for the print was selected before hand, why couldn't a more universally appealing design be chosen?
