When they came out for the estimate he was also very informative of what they should fix and why. After one storm w/ gutter guards installed on the house, the gutters overflowed and I had to call Turo back. The situation was supposedly fixed, but another storm and another overflow with little water coming down to the ground in the downpout.
I finally called another company who sent me pictures showing the situation from the roof. The photos showed wire mesh sticking up and under my shingles which were lifted, sloppy mesh cuts, openings that small animals could still get into, capping hanging, and a birds nest in addition to lots of sticks and leaves that couldnt possibly have gotten into the gutters after the guards were on. Of course one cannot see these things from inside the house. Turo had INSTALLED THE GUARDS WITHOUT FIRST CLEANING OUT THE GUTTERS! I had to pay Guaranteed Gutters to come out, remove the guards, clean the gutters, then REINSTALL the guards on the house (because I didnt want to have to replace them and pay twice).
