Iv’e been trying to get my W-2’s from this place for a month now. They won’t talk to you about anything unless you fax something over to them. After a month and sending them 2 faxes, still no W-2’s in the mail. I ended up calling which rang and rang until it went to voicemail. It told me to leave my name and number and they would get back with me but of course the inbox was full. So I just kept calling and calling until some finally answered and this lady proceeds to tell me the only lady that can help me is out until Tuesday. This place is ridiculous.

This is regarding store number 32992 at 22 44th St. SW, Wyoming, MI. 25 minute wait for dine in food on Sunday, July 15 at 6:30. Drive thru moving fine. Inside not so much. Manager on duty not receptive to constructive criticism/negative feedback. Wanted to blame and belittle customer. Went back after an hour hoping to have a more civil conversation with the manager to resolve the situation. I was sitting at a table and asked him to sit down to discuss. He refused to sit down and stood over me. Same result with twisting my words, accusations and threats. Yes, threats. Accused me of harassment for returning to talk to him and eventually threatened to call the police if I did not leave. I never raised my voice or used vulgar language. I left quietly and he was apologizing to all in the lobby for the situation continuing to make me out to be the bad guy.

I have been going to the Beckley road Taco Bell for a while now. On my receipt, it shows Chicago diversified foods. This taco bell SUCKS !!! I am not usually this opinionated about a food chain, but that store has NO CONCEPT of sense of urgency. I takes a mimimum of 12 minutes to get your food. I have finally had enough. I have sent emails to the tb cooperation with no change. They don't care, so I stopped going. Please understand..... I love taco bell, I am simply extremely frustrated with this location. This is regarding my service at this companies Three Rivers, MI Taco Bell location. I was in the drive though for 24 minutes and ended up with cold food. The staff was not real friendly and just downright slow and inattentive. VERY poor management overall.
