Dear owner, I think you have a great business. Only thing is it’s not being ran properly. What business doesn’t except credit/debit card, it’s 2021 C’mon now. This is not only a problem but I’m sure it also loses you business. You need to catch up and be in with the new, don’t fight it. If you don’t learn to adapt your business will drop. I think you guys still do fine because this location is prime, but you all should be doing amazing. I had 2 tacos de lengua, not impressed at all. Had a torta milanesa, and I thought it’s a must to include avocado in a torta but you guys didn’t, also didn’t even try to upsell the Avocado, missed money opportunity right there. There is many little things hat can be changed to make your business better and way more profitable. Good luck and hope to still see this business thrive!
