        The business lounge here is very nice--it's in an atrium, so the space feels big, and it's quiet. The staff are very friendly and even the security downstairs at the entrance is friendly, which isn't typical at all downtown office buildings. It's easy to concentrate and work without feeling constrained to a small box.

        This company is terrible when it comes to customer service. If you can pick another Regus location, do so!!! The Regional Manager, Erica does not return phone calls nor emails. She does not represent the company well at all! Nothing but a joke!!!!!
