We worked with Lloyd Gussis for our condo purchase and sale in Chicago. He is detailed, communicative, and incredibly helpful. I feel that he is willing to 'go to bat' for us to make sure we are comfortable and get a fair deal. I can say that it has been a wonderful experience overall. I always say that when I get off the phone with him that I feel like a million bucks, like he truly has our best interest in mind and wants us to succeed. We are currently going through the home purchase process in NY and I can't say the same for our experience there. I wish we were working with Lloyd in NY. He really has spoiled us with such a great experience.
