        If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! Sonja Mason is an AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL manager. No one in the eats is friendly and you can never get in touch with them when you need to.

        I have made several unsuccessful attempts, via phone and once in-person, to resolve an issue after submitting a work order as instructed. No one has contacted me about a timeline for a resolution. Both Ms. Hayes and Ms. Sounja Mason's unresponsiveness, is very disappointing. I still have not received a response after 3 weeks.

        If I could give Zero stars I would they are rated 2.6 stars for a reason. If you want a trifling property manager she resides here. She is messy full of gossip and lacks total professionalism a real piece of work. Even the people they thanked on this site rated them a 3 I guess 3 is their bar. So if you want barely 3 STAR service these are the ones. Pathetic! Take Heed
