I had a great experience working with the team at Ashbrook Realty. I moved in from out of town and this whole 2 and 3 flat thing was new to me, but they helped find me the right neighborhood and what I was looking for. I ended up with a 2 flat (a little more expensive here!) I ended up having them to rent my downstairs apartment too because being new I didn't understand how much different the Chicago rental system is. Sedonia, Megan, and Nick: Thank You!
