Helaine Cohen was the best realtor I ever had. She would respond to all emails, texts, and calls immediately. If my wife or I had a questions, she would find an answer ASAP. We moved to Chicago from another state and the only time we could look at properties was on 4th of July weekend and she cleared her schedule to drive us around all weekend to see about 20 properties. She's honest, straight forward, and says it like it is. We had a great experience with Helaine and I would recommend her to family and friends.

Helaine was exemplary. She was extremely responsive and a trusted advisor for us as first time home buyers. Wherever necessary she knew when and how to step in to facilitate the transaction. Her ability to quickly understand our wants and tastes made looking for new properties easy. We ultimately chose a home she identified. It's hard to find someone with the personal skills, real estate expertise, and incredible work ethic. Helaine also recommended an exceptional team for inspections and review of the property. Whenever any roadblock came up in the buying process we always felt confident having her in our corner and as our advocate. She certainly earned our absolute trust and we hope to work with her in the future for second homes or for resale.

Helaine Cohen quickly responded to our initial request for information. She continued to provide information on available properties on a regular basis. Our house hunt took more than a year and we were out of town buyers. She accommodated us whenever we were in Chicago and used our time very efficiently. Helaine was a true professional and worked very hard for us. She provided us with valuable information on Chicago and the real estate market. We were very happy with our experience with Helaine Cohen and would not hesitate to work with her again.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, they stole my deposit, dodged my calls, and threatened TO SUE ME!!!!!!!!!!
