MKT facilitated 3 transactions for us over the past few years and helped turn what we have always found to be a stressful process into a quick and painless transaction. I couldn't be happier in my new home or with MKT for making it happen. I found my dream home, but my previous home was not listed yet. I didn't think it was possible to get it listed and sold in time to act on the new home. Luckily - I was wrong! MKT got moving on it right away and sold my previous home within days. Every single MKT team member I spoke to was positive, encouraging and worked hard on my behalf to get it done. They made it happen!
