Sumu Tokyo ramen & Sushi

This place was really awesome. The gyozas were extremely fresh and crispy. The dipping sauce they come with was really good as well. The sushi was also awesome, very fresh fish with good sauce combinations. The ramen was okay, honestly not my favorite part. The broth just didnt have as much flavor as some of their competitors. They might have better alternatives though, I was forced into a specific one for restaurant week.

Fresh quality sushi Very flavorful and gorgeous presentation. Customer service was also excellent. Tried 3 different rolls and they were equally flavorsome. Will be back soon to try the ramen!

Consistently good for lunch. Today I tried the crunchy spicy ground pork ramen and it is phenomenal!

This was by far the best Chicago Restaurant Week deal. You get gyoza, ramen, sushi, and ice cream (which isn't pictured) for $25. WHAT A STEAL. Our server was so kind and very helpful with helping us decide what to get, aka which ramen is better than the others. Drinks are not included, but look at that beauty of a drink. I recommend coming here before restaurant week ends, but I am coming here again to test out the other food items.

We ordered the Ninja roll and all 3 people that had a portion got food poisoning and had to go home from work. When we called to let them know they told us" There is nothing we can do, file a complaint with the health department." Don't worry we will.
