Office staff is disorganized/rude and appointments were stressful. Called the office twice before my scheduled time to confirm, they said all was good but then called 10 minutes before to demand $350 dollars and say they had no information from me. Doctor vaped during most of the session and normally I'd say fine due to being in his own home on zoom, but he seemed to have his own agenda and came off as pretty judgmental.

I should put zero rating however when he was doing his residency at Rush he was my physciatrist and was so rude and self righteous and judge mental when he said to me,(I was on Dissability ) Ms Craig people on Dissability are listing an arm or a leg well I stopped him right there , stood up and said How dare You dare Judge Me! You Want Me To Feel Guilty Because I Have All my Limbs I said How Dare You! He then said,Ms Craig I Can No Longer Be Your Dr...I said Fine! Well next appointment he was there and I said to myself because he was leaving shortly when he asked how are you feeling ,I said fine..Amd just did wanted my medication and then he was gone...I however stayed and was asking a few of his colleagues about him..They All said the same thing..Thought he came from some money however he thought everyone was just trying to scam the Govt ,Really? Well I guess he never had to deal with the Government for any benefits,you only get what you gave.....Meber in my life did I come across across another Dr like this and I'm still at Rush,Nov 2 , 2019..... I welcome any responses from him!

Saw for awhile and it was going well but you can tell this is not someone who cares about you. At all. He's very egotistical, kind of rude, and doesn't really care much about what you feel. He just makes demands and if you question or say you're uncomfortable he'll get upset with you. I don't recommend him. There are other psychiatrists there that are better.

Would dismiss anything I told him. Thought I was lying, wouldnt give me meds I know I need to stay stable and ended up ruining my Christmas. He also changed my med randomly when asking me of any issues Ive had since last time seeing him, and only believing stomach aches were due to the first medication which was working for me. This man is a horrible doctor who doesnt know consistency is one of the most important things when adding a chemical that changes neurochemistry. Avoid seeing him if you want stable mental health and want to work with your doctors to better understand your situation. Sad that people like this have authority to control your whole Mood and overall personality.
