We have really enjoyed our time renting from Chicago Apartment Place. We are going on 3 years in the same apartment. Most of their apartments are restored properties that were built a long time ago but we actually love the old style woodwork. And despite being old, everything holds up quite well because of the construction quality. Kitchen is updated with high quality granite island for example. Maintenance has always been easy to get a hold of and quick to make repairs. Also is easy to get a hold of the leasing office.

My husband and I - and our 2 cats - are 6+ year tenants and love our home! Chicago Apartment Place is consistently a 5-Star management company! We have always appreciated Demetra and Ellen, and the super friendly and considerate maintenance staff who are quick to respond to any issue. Our beautiful building is very well maintained and the laundry facilities are great, so convenient! We always recommend CAP to others looking for a new home!

I absolutely LOVE living here. The apartments are spacious, in a great neighborhood, and typically pretty quiet. It's BY FAR my favorite place I've rented from and plan to stay until I can buy my own property! The property managers and staff are always super pleasant and helpful. It's the perfect place for my little family and I couldn't be happier.
