3957 Irving park is a slum. Cockroach infestation, windows need to be redone because you can hear the traffic outside constantly. The ceilings have water damage. It always smells bad in the hallways. They never replace fire alarm batteries in the building so when youre trying to sleep youll hear constant chirping (mines not beeping I think its in the hallways of the building)
This is a building inspectors worst nightmare and probably the worst apartment Ive ever lived in. I would do anything to not have to live here anymore. The day my lease ends can not come quicker.
If someone sees this, please, for your own sanity im begging you, do not rent here

Their building located in 3957 Irving Park is infested with cockroaches and they refuse to do anything about it. They only brought this so-called exterminator who came to spray only select apartments that had complained. I called management and they gave me an attitude like then what do you suggest? Like it was MY job to look for a solution. There are terrible in all kinds of ways.

Horrible service while they owned Sherry apartments. Tried to scam me out of rent payments that were already made. Their employee harassed me and my girlfriend multiple times, even calling us at our places of work. Absolutely unprofessional, and terrible business practices.
