I have been going to CK for 7 years and they never disappoint! Recently, I trusted them to take pregnancy photos, newborn photos, and birthday photos of my 6 year old during the pandemic. AMAZING! The photographer Monica (super talented) and Crystal make the dream team duo. We've been doing family photos for the last 4 years and NEVER have I seen my kids enjoy having their photos taken as much as they did with this duo (they almost thought they were in some kind of play studio). They know what they are doing!! Kids were having so much fun and we literally sat admiring the photo shoot. Usually there are tears, tantrums and fingers being crossed our photos turned out remotely workable. However they knew what they were doing. And oh my gosh the photos they were so darn perfect!!! Seriously the worse part about this experience was having to pick photos of them. Just truly the best kid photo experience and photos we've taken. Crystal and Monica thank you so much we'll always cherish these photos for years to come!

The entire experience at Classic Kids is extraordinary!! It is a unique experience and the result is absolutely breathtaking. Monica is so talented with catching EVERY facial expression of my two littles that it is so incredible difficult to choose which photographs to display in my house! (Such a great problem to have BTW). Her entire team is so patient and fun to work with. My kids feel completely at ease around them and they make the photo shoot fun and exciting for kids. The studio is beautiful with such an elegant ambiance that shows in the photos as well. I continue to be completely taken away with their work and I love all of the options I am given from the shoot. I highly suggest them and I truly feel that they capture the little gleam in my kids eyes and the little smirk on their lips that I will cherish always.

October 2018 (more updates below): I went to Classic Kids in 2016 for pictures of our newborn daughter. My wife and I were new parents and very excited for the photo shoot. The cost of the shoot was covered as a Christmas gift and we were not told the prices of pictures when we arrived. I (mistakenly) trusted the picture prices to be fair so we did the shoot and had a good time. A couple weeks later the proofs were ready for us to come review. Then the bombshell - the cost of EACH picture (without framing) is the cost of the entire catelog for most other photographers. Moreover, we had no digital rights to the pictures of our own family! They wanted to sell me pictures of our daughter indefinitely - of course no value to them other than very high profit margins (likely over a thousand percent). When I brought this up to the owner she still did not hand over the digital pictures and instead threw in a free coffee book (which for no good reason was priced at a couple hundred dollars!). We are now back in the market for family pictures and have found a great photographer for 10X LESS than Classic Kids and we keep the digital pictures! I have withheld a negative review of Classic Kids but no longer can after seeing the true market price. Please do your research before committing to them! They claim that no one else can take a photo like they can..... Not true. Use your money more wisely and go with another company and invest the huge difference in cost! Another benefit is the ability is to take family pictures more often when the photographer is reasonably priced. Reply to me if you'd like more information on the cost of the pictures - it's well into the four figures for just a handful of them. UPDATE MARCH 2019: The people at Classic Kids called my mother to try and sell her our stack of proofs for $250 since they are going to "throw them away." This was my original complaint. They have no use for the subjects in their pictures other than to keep us on the hook to pay more and more for the pictures we paid for upfront. If you are considering using Classic Kids expect: - High photo-shoot prices - Extremely high photo prices (you do not own the digital proofs so you HAVE to get them printed with Classic Kids) - No ownership of your pictures - Paying for your proofs in 3 years when they discard them For the reviews with 5 stars, if you are considering CK, I would ask them what they paid and whether they own the digital proofs. Seems to be very brief reviews and I doubt most of them are real.
