Service and food was good, and it always is. We get the build your owns- with vegan cheese and soy chorizo, along with choice veggies. They have a decent red sauce, What more can you ask for?

This location either isn't training their staff very well or paying their staff very well. They seemed uninterested in allergy precautions or making the pizza. Then right behind us, a worker took her time making a pizza for herself that was loaded and beautiful. On top of it, the center of my pizza was soggy. It feels like they're only in it for what they can get out of it, and customers aren't it.

My first time at a Blaze pizza and I really enjoyed it. The staff were all nice and kind and just a few minutes after I payed, my pizza was ready, so they're really quick too. The location itself was clean and nice and open. I loved the pizza and when I asked for them not to put the parmesan cheese on the pizza, they did it. Would definitely come here again.

Hands down the worst blaze experience we've had. Toppings were a bit skimpy across the board, not that I want it loaded but big patches of sauce with no cheese is frustrating. Also loading all the toppings in the center is worst once the cheese and toppings melt...towards the center.
Also felt the staff didn't take allergens as seriously. The Evanston location will get new scoops and fresh sauces for those with allergies. Meanwhile their sauce had chunks of other food in it and they didn't seem to care much.

Fast, you can make the pizza your way too. That was a while ago, I haven't seen the build your own pizza lately. The Blaze near the Civic Opera house was closed for a while and now they have reopened for the pizza lovers and opera buff crowds. the menu is tight but there aregood options but during the early 18 months of the pandemic Blaze Pizza got hit with take outs, Uber Eats b4 there was dining in. The service is always great, very friendly and personable staff which we need in times of these.
