I would caution against ordering from this establishment, both online and in-person. Unfortunately, my recent experience with their online ordering system was quite frustrating. Despite clicking on "order pickup," the order did not go through due to issues with their online system. I only found out about this when I arrived to pick up my order. When I inquired about the payment I had already made, the staff informed me that I would need to contact the third-party website I had ordered from. They did not take any responsibility for the issue or offer any compensation for the inconvenience caused. Furthermore, during my visit to the restaurant, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed disinterested in resolving the issue and even attempted to charge me an unreasonable amount for a small cup of marinara sauce. When I pointed out the exorbitant price, they showed no willingness to rectify the situation. In short, I believe that this establishment does not prioritize customer satisfaction. While I understand that mistakes can happen, it is disappointing that they did not offer any apology or compensation for their mistakes. Given the plethora of other pizza restaurants in the area, I recommend seeking out a more customer-centric establishment.
