        Staff was very helpful however, slowest service imaginable. I am currently waiting to be checked out for the last 40 minutes, and this whole process has taken me over 2 hours.

        Last week they call an hour before my appointment and they canceled my appointment because the doctor is not available and that was the other location today I went for my appointment I walked in and they did not confirm my appointment, although I already confirmed my appointment by a msg.. I walked in. The lady on the phone did not even bother to herself to talk to me. The other gentleman did not know nothing about my appointment. I will definitely find something else and Im not interested with them anymore. 0 customer service..not recommended at all..

        The ladies went above & beyond to make sure I tried on every frame I asked for. They gave honest opinions to my concerns. Made sure I got all possible discounts. And they did all of this while creating a fun atmosphere. Very enjoyable experience.
