        Classes with Angela are amazing! I really feel like I am transgressing the boundaries of my body. You cant believe how fast you can build up muscles with the pole and then that strength helps you improve your moves and spins, lets you do them effortlessly and moore elegantly. Angela has tooones of experience in the field and she really knows what she is doing as an instructor. Very systematic classes and she pays attention to what you are doing personally. Ive just finished my one-month beginner class and am looking forward to further adventures at Pole Velocity. I cannot recommend this place more, especially for those who live in uptown.

        Angela is super knowledgeable and has a ton of experience teaching. The classes are small, so there is a lot of one-on-one attention, also making it WAY less intimidating than I thought it would be. Bonus: great work out!
