        Syed Ali sent my fathers medicine to a random address and refuses to help track the medicine and resend to our home. After getting the run around and over a hour hold he said we need to complain to the medical team with Blue Cross and hung up the phone. He is out of medicine completely and getting no help whats so ever! PLEASE SEND YOUR COMPLAINTS TO BBB and hold them accountable!

        Places you on hold forever and obviously some people need some training there. I called to check on a claim and the pharmacist didn't know what he was doing or talking about there. Called back later to be placed on a long hold, not once, but twice. Only to tell me that the claim was taking care of. My strong suggestion would be to go back to school and take some customer service classes. So glad this will be my last time contacting this pharmacy. I refuse to deal with such incompetence.
