        They rate Direct Auto A+. Direct Auto has one star reviews only and all the reviews say even one star is too high and it should be zero stars. BBB closed the case prematurely as if they were incentivized by the business. Nothing was solved. BBB wasted the time and effort and concluded that the business responded with no solution thus they can keep the A+ rating. No response from BBB when attempted to reopen the claim as if they truly did not care.

        I responded to a rude couple that asked me by email why my services are "so cheap?" I told them I'd be glad to charge them double! The BBB posted their complaint as a "review." in spite of my objections.But it didn't post my response.0 stars for fairness.

Fails to provide credentials when handling consumer complaints, argues back and forth via email correspondence and fails to provide ceo/escalations information upon request. Caters to businesses and members, very bias and discriminatory. I have correspondence to verify all of my allegations.
