A decidedly hard moment when I realized my lab was done with life here. This service was easy to schedule. Dr. Orth was compassionate, and gently helped by dog over the bridge. They are upfront about pricing prior to coming and took care of him when he passed: the options are clear prior to the visit. I couldnt have asked for better..

Thank you Dr. Whala for everything. You helped ease our minds with this difficult decision. The process was smooth, informative, and very gracefully done. I'm grateful for finding this service and I will continue to recommend and use this service in the future. We love and miss you Shelby! Update: We had to use this service again within 2 months from the loss of our dog, to send our 15 year old kitty over to Rainbow Bridge. Dr. Whala had made herself available on Christmas, which our family was grateful for when our cat was suffering. The process was the same as previously mentioned. We are forever grateful for this service and Dr Whala.

Dr. Whala came to the house to put my beautiful daughter to sleep. Because of how well she was doing she helped me with putting her in palliative care. She is patient, takes her time discussing your pets care and was willing to answer any and all questions. So grateful for her help and when the time comes I know my beautiful girl is in good hands.
