Not very customer based establishment. Seem more concerned about profit than customer satisfaction. Will not refer.

I called this business I am a event planner needed a tent for event I am doing John called me back was very rude wanted me to get straight to the point very poor customer service skills I called him back to let him know that he was rude it was so unnecessary I will keep this business in mind when planning other events this business deserves no star but it was the only way I can do this post

Zero Stars !! This man was extremely rude to my husband who was inquiring about rental equipment. He is totally unprofessional. He didn't want to provide details. He cursed my husband for no reason.

Had no problem with these guys. They were on time and answered my call when the heater went out.

One of the most disturbing customer service calls I've ever had.  I literally thought I heard the guy (John) wrong.  I called and asked for a quote, before I could get the quote I asked him could he hold on.  I was at work, just like he was.  He immediately sighed in a very frustrated manner.  I then asked, "Can you hold on or no?"  He responded, "I guess."  Wtf???  I said don't worry about it and ended the call.  Based on the other reviews, I shouldn't have been surprised.
