Wildberry Pancakes and Cafe

I always stop here when in Chicago. Always fabulous food, great portions, and the service and staff is always 5 stars. They have a great line of coffee drinks to enjoy too.

This place was so busy and for good reason. The food tastes like its made from scratch. I got the barbacoa chilaquiles and my husband got the berry French toast and we both loved our food. Get here early (before 9am on a Saturday) or youll wait in a long line. The restaurant is huge with lots of tables so it was pretty packed and a little loud but worth it for the food

I've been to this location as well as ones in the Chicago suburbs. Not sure how the waitlist system works but we were texted that our table is ready and to see the host to be seated shortly. Five minutes later, we were removed off of the list. I get it's Saturday and they're busy but maybe another text or call would've been appreciated.

The food was delicious. There were lots of options to delight any palate. Many menu items had ingredients elevating it above the standard breakfast. Go with lots of time to wait though as the crowd was large and the wait list for us was over an hour for a party of 6 at 8 am on Saturday.
