We hired HD Procare to regrout our tub/shower area and they totally botched the job. First of all, he used the wrong color grout, then he applied new grout over the top of painted grout (so it didn't stick, of course). Worst of all, he scratched/chipped/cracked over 30 tiles (more than a third of the total). Now we will have to have the entire area re-tiled, which will probably cost us over $2000. He left early, leaving a mess, probably to avoid a confrontation over his lousy work, and has not bothered to respond to our phone calls. No apology, no offer to make it right, nothing.... Do your self a favor and DO NOT HIRE HD Procare!!
