        I agree with other reviews that Dr. Nielsen has a phenomenal bedside manner. He is courteous and personable, yet professional at the same time. I normally only see him once a year, but I still feel like he cares about my well-being and is willing to entertain any questions I may have. He even called me personally at 7:00 on New Year’s Eve to communicate test results to me because he didn’t want me to start the new year still waiting to hear about those results. I would recommend him to anyone needing to see an ear, nose and throat specialist.

        Besides being a fantastic doctor he is the nicest Doctor I have ever met. He listens to you and answers your questions. He does his own follow up calls to you. His office in convenient - either in Oak Park or Rush. I would refer anyone to him. Very competent, professional, and has a great personality!
