This is by far the worst eye doctor Ive ever been too in my life. Doesnt matter if you have an appointment or not theyll have you there for 4+ hours. If you dont have major insurance the glasses fitting lady is very rude!! She doesnt give you the same treatment!!

I was in and out, didnt have any attitude or bad experience with the workers, theyre friendly, patient and helpful. Even picking up my glasses were a breeze. Id definitely recommend this eye doctor to others and it makes it even more convenient being in the location its in for the Blacks and Browns.

Unfortunately the wait times are always horrible even pre covid... The staff and Dr. Stephanie MUST do better with time management. My appointment was at 2:45pm. I arrived early for my appointment. I was waiting in the back for nearly an hour and still hadn't been seen. Great doctor, but VERY poor wait times... Absolutely Unacceptable!!

I have been a patient at Plano Vision since I was 7 years old, because I had a visual impairment. Dr. Stephanie and her staff have always been so caring, patient and kind. Offering great quality service. Call me biased because Plano Vision gave me second chance. I have waited in their office for several hours myself over the years, but no one in the comments is saying the wait consist of taking multiple eye exams, participating in visual activities, picking out frames, and then seeing the doctor for test results and further consultation. I have always waited in different doctor's offices for several hours, especially the dentist. Because of those examinations Dr. Stephanie was able to diagnose me with having a stigmatism and hand - eye coordination issues. She gave me accurate prescription glasses that helped improve my sight and recommended that my mother put me in activities to develop my hand-eye coordination. I have seen improvement in my eyes and no longer wear bifocals. I was supposed to be held back because of my visual impairment, now I'm in Law School thanks to Dr. Stephanie's help. She and her staff will go out their way to help you, because they care.
