        I ordered a single photo print online and got an email confirmation saying it was ready to pick up. I went in and was informed that there were several orders in front of mine (extremely rudely) then I asked when it would be, the lady said well just hold up and she'll look it up and tell you (pointing to her co-worker) we preceded to wait at the counter for 20 minutes being completely ignored while they waited on everyone else in line. It's one thing to be backed up at the holidays, it's another thing entirely to be treated as if we're idiots and then completely ignored. I'm never coming to this location again.
